Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 2–4 business days, so most US orders arrive within about 4–8 business days of ordering.

Shipping is free on all US orders. We currently ship within the United States only.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

While we work hard to get your order to you on time, occasional delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods can happen and are outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, reach out to us at admin@luxthera.shop and we'll help track it down.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your LUXTHERA device. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at admin@luxthera.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with simple step-by-step instructions to get your return started — no complicated forms or runaround.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
